(ARC) Falling for her Brother’s Best Friend by Noelle Adams (Tea for Two, #1)

Copy of ARC ARC ARC Copy of Book Review.png“After too many bad decisions in romance, Emma is going on a man-fast. For the next six months, she’s fasting from men. No sex. No dating. No soulful gazes. No fond memories of her first crush. She’s going to spend the time focusing on her career, getting in touch with herself, and helping her two best friends with the launch of their new tea room. No men.

And that includes her brother’s best friend, Noah Hart, who has just returned to their hometown.

She doesn’t want Noah anyway. He might be even hotter than he was before, but he’s not a nice guy anymore. He’s made a fortune by acting ruthless in business, and the last thing he’s looking for is small-town domestic life. He doesn’t even want to be in town again, but a sick grandmother guilted him into it. Then he has nerve to not even recognize Emma when he sees her again. Maybe it’s been seven years, but a decent guy would remember his best friend’s little sister.

Noah is not a decent guy. Anyway, Emma is on a man-fast. And she doesn’t want Noah.

At all.

Fifteen years ago, three girls were thrown together because their brothers were best friends. Now they’re all grown up, and their brothers are grown up too. The Tea for Two series tells their stories.”

I love Noelle Adam’s books. She does such a wonderful job and has done so many different genres and themes, it’s amazing. My favorite by far from her is the One Night Novella’s. So I was already pretty sure before I even read this book that I would more than likely love it, and I was right.

The first chapter can be a little confusing, so many characters with their own backgrounds but it was written with a wonderful easy going touch. In the beginning we get to know the 3 best friends and their older brothers that are also great friends. With being only a few chapters in, I was already looking forward to the rest of the books in this series to come.

We have the three men – Patrick, Ryan and Noah and the three sisters Emma (Patrick), Carol(Ryan) and Ginny (Noah). Carol and Ginny are owners of the brand new tea shop in town and it brings the 6 all together again. Most importantly Noah and Emma.

The book is fast moving, and it works perfectly. My emotions were a roller coaster but never hard enough to hit bottom or off track. I was laughing, smiling, almost in tears and possibly yelling at Noah and Emma to figure themselves out… ASAP.

You can tell that this series is going to be about family, friendship and love. Which gives my heart warm fuzzy feelings deep to the core. Especially when Emma is the type of female that has had a lot of assholes in her past. Yet she has always yearned for Noah, but he could never be her Mr. Right… right?

Noah on the other hand isn’t against settling down, just never really thought about it. So when his heart is telling him one thing and his mind another, will his sister Ginny input throw him in a loop he is not prepared for?

It’s no surprise that I love off-limits romance, especially brother’s best friends. But even without the two I would probably still love this book. So I definitely rated it 5 stars, because it was just that great!

I recommend this flirty, fun and swoony read for sure!
